With the recent announcement of the upcoming retirement of Lakehead Public Schools’ current director of education, Phelps is looking for input on the mandate for a new director of education as well as the leadership characteristics, attributes, and experiences that define the ideal candidate. It is important that a broad and diverse set of responses is collected to thoroughly reflect the system and stakeholders’ perspectives in the recruitment process.
