Construction for the new elementary school to accommodate the students from Agnew H. Johnston Public School and Edgewater Park Public School on the site of Sir Winston Churchill Collegiate and Vocational Institute will begin this month!

The school will be 7,295 square metres (78,523 square feet).

– 30 classrooms
– Art Room
– Science Room
– Music Room
– Child Care facility
– Gym with stage (opens to Music Room)
– Large playfield
– Library off of Churchill Drive
– Child Care entry off of Parkway Drive

The School Naming Committee continues to work with the school community to finalize a name.

The school is slated to open for September 2019.
