Students and staff of Superior Collegiate and Vocational Institute strongly support Autism Ontario! To support the Raise the Flag for Autism campaign, the school came together through the personal fundraising efforts of a student and a bake sale to help make a difference.
“I am so proud of our school and the way that they have responded to helping to support Autism Ontario,” says Michelle Probizanski, Principal of Superior Collegiate and Vocational Institute. “We also had a very special fundraiser involved who really got the ball rolling on this effort.”
Bridget Steele, a student with autism and an active member of the Superior Collegiate and Vocational Institute Student Council took on a leadership role for this effort. Bridget will proudly present a cheque with the proceeds of the Superior CVI Raise the Flag for Autism campaign to a member of Autism Ontario – Thunder Bay and District Chapter on Thursday, May 27 at 12:10 p.m.
