Debbie Murphy and Joelle Levesque Recipients of Trustee Character Award

The Lakehead District School Board presents the Trustee Character Award to Mrs. Debbie Murphy and Mrs. Joelle Levesque of Ogden Community School for their unwavering support and dedication to the school’s students, staff, and families. Mrs. Murphy and Mrs. Levesque, through their roles as student support professionals, contribute to student achievement and wellness through their caring and attentive nature. Their active involvement in school events create an important sense of belonging for the school community.

With over 45 years of combined experience at the school, they have come to be described as “the ones who make Ogden so magical”. Every day, they make the school an amazing place for students, staff, and families. Mrs. Murphy and Mrs. Levesque run the school breakfast and snack programs, they participate actively in spirit days, help with coaching sports and clubs in the school, decorate and plan events, and show up to work every day with a positive outlook. Thank you, Mrs. Murphy and Mrs. Levesque, for your commitment to the success and wellness of students at Ogden Community School.
