Making Masterpieces for the Academy Awards

Kingsway Park Public School Fine Arts Academy students will be working creating masterpieces at the Creative Studio on Park (The Creative’s newest space) on Friday, February 15. The students will be working with local artist Steve Gerow to create Northern Animal silhouette paintings.
“The Kingsway Park Public School has developed an incredible partnership with gallery owners Deena Kruger and Steve Gerow,” says Darren Lentz, Principal of Kingsway Park Public School. “Both Deena and Steve have introduced our students to a wide variety of art styles and painting techniques.”
The silhouette paintings created during this visit will be displayed at the Kingsway Park Public School Fine Arts Academy Awards night in May.
