Coding

Kingsway has the Code!

Students at Kingsway Park Public School will be learning coding with their Science North Bluecoat friends on Tuesday, December 11. The Science North Program provides hands-on, inquiry based programs to increase digital literacy and coding skills for students from JK to Grade 8. The program is free for schools thank to a grant from the federal government.

“We are always very pleased and excited to welcome the Science North Bluecoats to Kingsway Park Public School,” says Darren Lentz, Principal of Kingsway Park Public School. “Technical skills such as coding can lead to many viable and exciting career opportunities in the future for students. We are very excited to be able to provide this opportunity for our students.”
