McKellar Supports the RFDA!

On Thursday, May 26, the Grade 4/5 class from McKellar Park Central Public School visited the Regional Food Distribution Association (RFDA). During the visit, the students prepared soup and sandwiches for the Shelter House, the SOS Team and Grace Place.
“This was a wonderful opportunity for our students to learn basic kitchen skills such as preparing ingredients and following recipes and give back to our community by helping to prepare a meal for those in need,” says Tanja Coghill, Grade 4/5 Teacher, McKellar Park Central Public School.
