Westmount Howler
Tonight, Westmount Public School is hosting their Westmount Howler where families are invited to enjoy a spaghetti supper followed by drop-in information sessions located throughout the school.
“Our Westmount Howler is a great way for parents and families to have a fun night out while also learning more about school-related topics,” says AJ Keene, Principal of Westmount Public School.
Information Sessions Include:
“Internet Safety and Cyberbullying” hosted by a community police officer.
“Learning How to Address Issues Kids Face Every Day” with Debra Parks, Westmount Public School Social Worker.
“Healthy Food and Beverage Choices” hosted by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.
“Technology In Our Schools” with Callen Banning, Westmount Public School Information Services Technician.
And more!
Student volunteers will be present to guide families around the school and some great draw prizes will be available for those in attendance.
