With a Little Help From Our Friends

They say it takes a whole village to raise a child. We agree, but it also helps to have some really good friends too! Staples and a number of community friends are getting together to make a huge difference for the students of Sherbooke Public School. Over the past month, they worked hard to raise funds to provide each and every student with a brand new back backpack filled with essential school supplies. The students will receive the community gifts at a surprise assembly on Monday, September 25.
“We are overwhelmed with the incredible effort that Staples and community supporters have done to support our students,” says Nikki Marks, Principal of Sherbrooke Public School. “This is a really great school that has just been made even better through the kindness and generosity of our community.”
Through community support, $3500 was raised at Staples to support the effort. Donations were provided by:
