Ogden Rocks!

Representatives from the Children’s Aid Society’s Spring Program will be rocking with primary students from Ogden Community Public School on Thursday, October 24. The school and the Children’s Aid Society are participating in a Step Up campaign event, We Rock Together.
“After a brief presentation, the students will participate in a rock painting activity,” says Andrea Pugliese, Principal of Ogden Community Public School. “Aside from the fun that they will have painting the rocks, the students will learn about the importance of the Step Up campaign and Child Abuse Prevention Month.”
The Step Up campaign reminds us that we are all responsible for the health, happiness and well-being of children and youth in our community. In support of Child Abuse Prevention Month, local businesses, organizations, families & individuals are invited to participate in Go Purple for Prevention Day on October 24th, 2019. Purple is the signature colour of Child Abuse Prevention Month.
